My Story
Meet Alina
Alina’s journey with yoga began as a personal quest. For most of her life, she struggled with chronic anxiety and dysregulation, feeling disconnected from her body, her voice, and her own sense of authenticity. Through movement, breath, and sound, she discovered that the body could be a vessel for expression, and the voice could be an instrument for liberation. Yoga became her path to reclaiming her truth, cultivating presence, and connecting to a deeper sense of self.
From these early experiences, Alina discovered a deep passion for guiding others toward the same freedom and embodiment she had found. She has traveled across the Americas, Europe, and India, both seeking wisdom and sharing it through retreats, trainings, and mentorship. Rooted in traditional yoga philosophy and enriched by her diverse studies, her teachings weave together movement, breath, mantra, sound, and nature to cultivate presence, self-awareness, creative expression, and heart-led practice.
Alina leads international retreats, teacher trainings, online offerings, and 1:1 mentorship programs, offering tools that help students reconnect with their body, voice, and inner guidance. Her approach integrates both deep tradition and practical embodiment, empowering students to move, breathe, and speak from authenticity, devotion, and freedom.
